As promised BreakPoint Software, Inc. has a Public Beta of Hex Workshop v4.0 posted on their site. It's only a day late and labeled Beta 3 not Beta 2 so you get a few less bugs. Hex Workshop v4.0 is a major upgrade containing 13 new major features and several feature enhancements. The final release will be December 1st, 2002.

Sorry, folks but these don't totally correct the problems with NFSHP2. Quote: "Need For Speed 2 may potentially hang in very high detail levels. ATI recommends turning down the World Details and Special Effects options down one notch to avoid hangs. A fix will be delivered in a future CATALYST release."
